At TEAS Bootcamp, we are committed to providing high-quality educational resources, tutoring services, bootcamps, and digital products designed to help students prepare for the ATI TEAS exam. Please read our refund policy carefully before purchasing any products or services.

No Refund Policy

All sales are final. Due to the nature of our educational services and digital products, TEAS Bootcamp does not offer refunds, returns, exchanges, or credits once a purchase has been completed.

This policy applies to, but is not limited to:

  • TEAS Bootcamps
  • TEAS RESET Memberships
  • Digital study guides
  • Practice question banks
  • PDF downloads
  • Workbooks
  • Recorded lessons
  • Online courses
  • Assessments and diagnostics
  • Membership access
  • Subscription-based educational resources

Digital Products

Because digital products are delivered immediately and cannot be returned, all digital product purchases are non-refundable.

Once a digital product has been downloaded, accessed, viewed, or delivered, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

Tutoring Services

By scheduling and attending a tutoring session, you acknowledge that educational services have been rendered. Once a tutoring session has taken place, no refunds will be provided.

Students are responsible for attending scheduled sessions on time.

Bootcamps and Educational Programs

Enrollment fees for bootcamps, workshops, and educational programs are non-refundable. Students who choose not to attend, complete, or participate in a program remain responsible for all payments associated with their enrollment.

Payment Plans

Students enrolled in payment plans remain responsible for the full balance of their selected program. Failure to complete a program does not cancel any remaining payment obligations.

Missed sessions, scheduling conflicts, changes in personal circumstances, test date changes, or decisions to discontinue participation do not qualify for refunds.

Satisfaction Disclaimer

While TEAS Bootcamp strives to provide effective educational support and resources, we do not guarantee specific exam scores, admissions outcomes, or academic results. Student success depends on many factors, including individual effort, study habits, attendance, and application of the material.
